Managed Services FAQ

Is there a minimum contract length?
We prefer 12-month agreements for stability and to properly invest in your environment. If you’d like flexibility, we can also offer a 30-day rolling contract (by arrangement).
What is NOT included?
Projects (e.g., office moves, major migrations, or new system builds) and hardware/licensing costs are quoted separately and agreed upfront. On-site visits, where required, may incur travel costs unless included in your agreement.
How fast do you respond?
For critical incidents (e.g., the server is down), we respond immediately with priority handling. Standard requests are typically responded to within 1 hour during business hours on weekdays.
